Wella Welloxon Perfect is a beautiful creamy / thick cream hydrogen. The color pigments in the hair are evenly distributed over the hair by the Welloxon and guarantee better adhesion with the hair.
Wella Weloxon Perfect is a development lotion (oxidation) that can be mixed with hair dye so that the color can be easily put into the hair. This perfume-free hydrogen from Wella is available in four different concentrations, namely 6%, 9%, 12% and the Perfect Pastel 1.9%.
